The Empire Universal Mounting Block™ is a precision-engineered siding mounting system developed for premium exterior installations of electrical components, including light fixtures, dryer vents, and more. Designed to integrate seamlessly with modern siding materials, it delivers flush alignment, integrated water management, and consistent professional results.
Engineered to accommodate custom trim cutouts with convenient guide breaks for both round and square electrical boxes, the system supports full customization across applications. This flexibility allows professionals to work efficiently while maintaining proper alignment, structural integrity, and finish quality. Empire offers replaceable faceplates as well as full master-carton purchasing options, including four-count configurations, to ensure visual continuity and a refined exterior finish.

Many mounting blocks require additional trim, adapters, or layered flashing to achieve a finished, professional installation. The Empire Universal Mounting System is engineered as a complete siding accessory, combining a paintable or stainable faceplate and a customizable base mounting plane.
This system installs flush and secure to the wall sheathing, reducing the need for excessive flashing tape while protecting against weather and water exposure. Wires remain safely enclosed within a covered mounting base, featuring fourteen fastening slots for a secure mount. The engineered result allows for consistent alignment during installation and long-term performance for reliable weather management, while providing a premium, high-class finish for residential exteriors.
Engineered for a true flush installation, Empire mounting systems allow siding to finish cleanly at the mounting block, with electrical fixtures seated within a protected mounting pocket. Precision cut-out geometry maintains compatibility with standard electrical round and square boxes, while also accommodating a wide range of custom cutouts.
The removable faceplate completes the system, enabling final alignment and fastener concealment for a clean, professional finish contractors can rely on and confidently specify for both commercial and residential exterior applications.
